Nurse Practitioner - Bariatrics
We are looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team of bariatrics specialists. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bariatrics, obesity surgery, and obesity medicine.
The primary responsibilities of this position include:

Providing comprehensive care to patients who are obese or overweight and considering bariatric surgery

Performing preoperative and postoperative assessments
-
Coordinating care with other members of the bariatrics team, including surgeons, dietitians, and psychologists

Educating patients about bariatric surgery and the postoperative recovery process
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

Master's degree in nursing (MSN)

Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP)

At least 2 years of experience in providing care to patients who are obese or overweight

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of bariatric surgery and obesity medicine

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
