Boynton Beach, Florida, Hematologist/Oncologist Job

Clinical Role:

- Permanent job opening
- Seeking someone board certified or truly board eligible in Internal Medicine, Hematology, & Oncology
- Hospital based practice with 6 bay infusion suites (additional bays available, if needed)
- 2-3 multi-physician practice with mid-level support, as needed
- This role will be supported with additional resources at sister Hospital facility and satellite location
- Tumor specific focused practice welcomed (ie- breast, lung, GU, GI, etc.)
- Consults at hospital
- Call TBD
- Brand new, hospital-based and managed practice and infusion department being developed
- Solo provider to start but will evolve into a multi-physician practice
- This role will be supported by a local Cancer Institute with additional resources
- Plans are for there to be three physicians seeing all types of cancer patients as the practice starts but then moving into tumor specific focused practices (ie- breast, lung, GU, GI, etc) as the practice grows and develops.
- Strong research department available to support any research interests the physician may have.
- EMR: Cerner Millennium
- Tumor Board in conjunction with sister hospital weekly

Organization Information:
- Salary Range (base guarantee) based on experience (quality incentive additional compensation plus Productivity opportunity)
- Sign-On and Relocation, as applicable

- Strong referral network in place
- There would be a salary guarantee in place for years 1-2
