Internal/Family Medicine Physician - Connecticut

Position: Full-Time Internal/Family Medicine Physician
Locations: Shelton (2 locations), Oxford, and Southbury, CT
Compensation: $250,000 - $325,000 with comprehensive benefits

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive outpatient care to patients
Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Ensure thorough documentation of patient information to maintain continuity of care.

Qualifications:

MD degree from an accredited medical school.
Board certified or board eligible
Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
