Job SummaryNovant Health Medical Group is looking for a compassionate, caring and patient-focused board-certified Family Physician to join our primary care float pool team in the Coastal Brunswick Market. Our float pool providers are valued for creating access to care when clinics are impacted by planned and unexpected provider shortages. As a member of the team, you are not responsible for a patient panel, work with a variety of experienced care teams, and enjoy a flexible schedule that works for you, giving you the time you need for family and personal interests.
For our primary care providers:
- Access is a key theme – Novant Health encourages same day, extended hours, e-visits and video visits to deliver care where and when our patients need us.
- All of our community medicine physician leaders maintain a patient panel to remain connected to the day-to-day challenges and joys of practicing medicine.
- Many of our clinics utilize a team approach to care, which includes PAs, NPs, clinical pharmacy practitioners, health behaviorists and clinical RNs.

QualificationsEducation: Graduate of an accredited school of medicine required.
Experience: One to three years of experience working in a practice setting required.
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- Current MD license in appropriate state
- Board certification or eligibility
- Current DEA license required
